Sexual Assault – Dismissed, Primary Child Custody

Our client reached out to us after being falsely accused of raping his wife. His wife used the accusation to obtain an emergency order against him that threw him out of his house and stripped him of his rights to see his child. We were able to prove that her allegation was false, and we were able to get that order rescinded. In addition to getting him a fair distribution of their marital assets, we obtained primary custody of his child for him and child support payments from his accuser.
