Sexual Assault – Dismissed

In the middle of a divorce case that we shared with another local firm, our client was accused by his estranged wife of molesting one of his children. While the other firm focused on the divorce, we worked with the Division of Family and Children’s Services (DFACS) to clear his name. Initially, DFACS made a finding that he was guilty, but we were able to get them to reverse that finding in its entirety. In the end, his name and record were cleared. Because of our work with DFACS, he obtained primary custody of his children.
