Georgia Contingency Fee Agreement

When you hire our firm for a car wreck case or a personal injury case, you don’t pay us by the hour. What we do is have a contingency fee agreement, which means that what money we get from the insurance company at the end, a portion of that goes to us for our attorney’s fees, and the majority of it goes to you as your recovery. You don’t pay us by the hour. You only pay us when we get you money.
