Scott C. Robichaux joined the Claiborne Firm, P.C. as an attorney in 2019. As an experienced litigator, Scott focuses on criminal defense, catastrophic personal injury, and civil rights litigation.
Scott began his career in 2011 advising local municipalities, defending them in civil lawsuits, and prosecuting in their city courts. He next served as an Assistant Solicitor, winning dozens of jury trials and developing expertise in the investigation and prosecution of DUI’s and other traffic and misdemeanor cases along the way. Most recently, Scott worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Chatham County where he prosecuted an array of felonies such as drug possession/distribution, vehicular homicide, murder, armed robbery, and complex financial litigation.
Tired of seeing how one mistake or poor legal representation can ruin a person’s entire life, Scott joined the Claiborne Firm, P.C. to represent those charged with crimes and those who have been harmed – either by catastrophic injury or by our criminal justice system itself.
Continuing his commitment to equal justice under the law, Scott is a board member of Reform Georgia, an organization advocating for systemic criminal justice reform here in Georgia. He works with other community leaders to bring about positive change at the local, county, and state levels on numerous criminal justice issues.
Scott graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2004 and from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2011, where he was the Student Bar Association Vice President and was admitted to the Order of the Barrister. Scott and his family live in Savannah and are active members of Blessed Sacrament Church.
